Our Production range includes parts and components made of stainless steel, titanium, CoCr, Nitinol, Carbon, Radel, Peek, aluminium and other materials. The production is carried out on CNC milling, lathe, and grinding machines, as well as on eroding and wire EDM machines and on special machines developed and manufactured by SMT (for example our K-Wire production machines). We support our customer's developments through our experience with 6 CAD workstations and corresponding highly qualified designers. Taking our customers from prototyping to detailed prints to series production is normal for us.

Our modern and high-performance machine park with 3, 4 and 5-axis machining centers, as well as lathe and milling machines with front and rear machining also allow the realization of complex parts. Supported by 3D CAD design (SolidWorks), CAM / CIM software (SolidCam, iMachining) and rapid prototyping (Z color printers), designs can be checked and visualized in advance for critical factors.

Several products and techniques developed by SMT have now become the standard in the industry, but unfortunately also copied. This is why SMT now also holds several patents and utility patterns, i.e. we have developed the most stable support arm with a holding force of 12Kg
